FAQ:

Do I need to know what I want?
While some customers do have specific ideas about their framing, most have no idea!  Let us guide you. After seeing a few options we'll get an idea of what you like and then show you how to combine that with what also works with the artwork. This is what we love doing, let us help you!

Without price tags, how do I know what the job will cost me?
Good communication is key here. Let your framer know that you're looking for a quote. We'll happily run through the design process with you and then we'll listen. Too much? We'll show you options to bring the cost down. Not sure? You're not obligated to order anything - you were here for a quote, right? Free design consultations are available during all store hours. (Please bring your artwork with you!)

How long does it take to have something custom framed?
We ask you to allow up to 2 weeks but it's usually more like a week and a half. Need something rushed? We can do that! We've made some framing miracles happen here! If we can do it, we will. There's never an added charge for this.

What can be framed?
Really, just about anything.  Got a challenge for us? Bring it on!

How do I choose a custom framer?
Like a good restaurant or hairdresser, ask around! People will always happily recommend someone they trust. No one to ask? Walk into a few shops. Each framer's resume, so to speak, is hanging on their walls! See if you like the way they've framed what they're displaying. Does it overpower the artwork? No good. Does it nicely support and enhance the artwork? Jackpot!
